Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Local orders will be personally delivered after hours. Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

  • Interstate orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Flat rate shipping of $50 applies Australia-wide.

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email. QikFab is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

  • All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any made-to-order or modified items.

  • Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in brand new, unused, and resellable condition. The item does not need to be in its original packaging but must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of installation.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as QikFab is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
