Shipping & Returns

Free shipping is included on all items, Australia-wide.
All orders are shipped via Registered Australia Post with tracking provided once dispatched.
Orders are generally processed within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise (e.g. pre-order items).
DPF deletes are typically shipped within 1 week from purchase.
If there are any delays, issues, or hiccups, you’ll be contacted directly — we believe in keeping you in the loop, unlike other companies that leave you guessing.

Custom-made items (e.g. airboxes, snorkels, delete pipes) are non-refundable unless defective.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

All products include a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Warranty covers fabrication defects, not damage from misuse, incorrect installation, off-road abuse, or exposure to chemicals.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Warranty does not cover powder coating or surface finishes (if applicable).
