QikFab is a South Australian-based fabrication business, specialising in high-quality TIG-welded components for 4x4 vehicles. All items are made with precision, care, and pride using quality Australian materials.

By purchasing from QikFab, you agree to the terms outlined in this store policy.
 

🚚 Shipping

• Free shipping is included on all items, Australia-wide.

• All orders are shipped via Registered Australia Post with tracking provided once dispatched.

• Orders are generally processed within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise (e.g. pre-order items).

• DPF deletes are typically shipped within 1 week from purchase.

• If there are any delays, issues, or hiccups, you’ll be contacted directly — we believe in keeping you in the loop, unlike other companies that leave you guessing.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Custom-made items (e.g. airboxes, snorkels, delete pipes) are non-refundable unless defective.

• If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

🛠 Warranty

• All products include a 12-month workmanship warranty.

• Warranty covers fabrication defects, not damage from misuse, incorrect installation, off-road abuse, or exposure to chemicals.

• Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

• Warranty does not cover powder coating or surface finishes (if applicable).

• Products such as DPF deletes, snorkels, and custom exhausts are intended for off-road or race use only and may not comply with local emissions laws.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local road laws and regulations.

• QikFab accepts no liability for misuse of products or failure to comply with legal requirements.
