I started QikFab because I noticed there was a gap in the market with people paying for their parts and not receiving them for 6- sometimes 8 weeks or longer after they have placed their order. ~ Myself being included.
I do weekly runs of the NP300 DPF Deletes, and unless I have had major supplier issues, my turn around times are approx 1 week. If there’s any dramas or holdups I always keep my customers in the loop. This is something I take PRIDE in.
I am growing my Website, my Brand and my range of products each week, with this, I have also self taught myself CAD so I can make the designing process easier and keeping it in house also means if I need to make tweaks to products, I can do it without having to wait for someone else.
QikFab supports other local businesses whether it be for consumables, supplies, laser cutting, metal supplies and even surface finishing.
About me?
Trade Qualified Welder & Engineer who specialises in Sheetmetal & TIG Welding of Stainless & Aluminium
I studied at ATEC in Adelaide
Throughout my apprenticeship in my younger years I spent my time working on contracts for defence companies like: SAAB, BAE, ASC.
I have a large background in the performance and racing industry, having spent 5+ years manufacturing turbo systems, manifolds, intercooler piping, stainless exhausts, auto electrical wiring & fault finding.
With all of this, I decided to start making parts for my own & friends 4x4’s, which grew into me posting my parts on Facebook Marketplace, which with the high demand prompted me to create a website and start building a brand that people can trust!
